How to Remove Startup Items in OS El Capitan
If I start my MacBookAir, starts MS Office for Mac automatically. I looked in the Users and Groups --> login, the MS Office is not in the list.

I don't use that particular application, but you also might want to check in its Preferences to see if anything there is checked to launch automatically.
